We take our deliveries very seriously. You'll often be surprised to find that you place your order on a business day and receive it the very next day. Whenever possible, we'll deliver your order very quickly, but delivery times may vary slightly depending on the day you place your order, whether we have special offers, or if your order is shipped via private courier.

 

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive confirmation and tracking details in your email.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE PENINSULA

 

Shipping costs to the entire Peninsula are free for orders over €40.
We prepare your order and put it on its way so that you receive it within 48 to 72 hours (always counting working days).

If you want to send a gift and need your order in a hurry, email us at info@familiasantias.net and we'll do our best to get it to you on time.

 

On weekdays, when we don't have any promotions or special offers, we will prepare your package within 24 hours of your purchase (always on weekdays).

All orders shipped to any point on the Peninsula are sent by private courier and the transit time is between 48 and 72 working hours to reach their destination.

If you place your order on days when we have promotions or special offers, your order could take up to 5-6 business days to leave our warehouse (these times would be very exceptional, normally the preparation time of an order during a promotion is usually 2 to 3 business days)
