The Olive Mill
At Familia Santías we have two production centers.
The original olive mill, Aceitunas Jaén, located in Ibros, bordering Baeza, and a new olive mill, Adaro, in Linares.
Both are located in the heart of Jaén, the global center of olive oil production, surrounded by a unique landscape that boasts the highest concentration of olive groves on the planet. Here, the Picual variety stands as a global benchmark for stability, quality, and character, solidifying its identity as our hallmark.
Between the two olive mills we have six cleaning lines and five milling lines with a capacity of more than 1,000 tons/day with the most modern technology, thus allowing us to obtain the best oil in the shortest possible time.
We have a warehouse capable of storing up to 9,000 tons of oil at a controlled temperature, thus ensuring that the quality is not compromised.
We obtain 100% fresh olive juice, which we bottle daily to guarantee and maintain its full freshness and aromas. Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures not only exceptional oils, but also sustainable management and traceability back to the source.
