José Antonio and Emilio Santías, second generation of the family olive oil mill that their father Emilio founded in 1990.

 

We have always been committed to the search for a product of the highest quality, which values our environment, history and traditional olive grove through continuous improvement, innovation and the dedication of those who produce it.

 

However, we felt it was time to evolve.

 

With our experience, we identified the opportunity to offer more, designing formulas and compositions to achieve more complex nuances and aromas, as well as adding greater stability and antioxidants to our olive oils.

 

We interpret olive varieties as primary colors that allow us to achieve more complex, unique compositions, different from what is currently available.
